Product Description
Cockles in natural brine. Carefully selected from the species Cerastoderma edule, prized for its delicate flavor and firm, perfect texture. Harvested from nearby rías known for their nutrient-rich waters and strong tidal exchange. Local families hand-harvest them using traditional rakes designed to protect the smallest cockles and preserve the resource. After harvesting, they are purified in natural seawater to ensure exceptional freshness and quality.
Each jar contains premium cockles preserved in their natural essence.
