LC Fine Leeks in Brine are ready to eat and feature the 8–13 cm bottom part of the leek, the most tender section. Grown in winter, when the cold enhances their sweetness, these leeks offer a smooth and delicate flavour. Delicious when paired with extra virgin olive oil or incorporated into salads, sautés, and other dishes.
Each jar contains 360ml of premium fine leeks.
Ingredients
Leeks, water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
Contains no artificial colours or preservatives.
Recommended Use
Use in salads, sautés, soups, or as a side dish. Pair with olive oil to enhance their natural sweetness.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 4–5 days.
