Product Description
LC PGI White Asparagus of Navarre is ready to eat and features 9–12 whole thick spears (11–14mm), tender, fibre-free, and delicately flavoured. Grown in the fertile Ribera Navarra del Ebro, these asparagus spears retain their characteristic mild bitterness and unique aroma. Prepared traditionally by blanching before peeling, their natural properties and flavours are preserved.
Each jar contains 370ml of premium white asparagus from Navarra.
Ingredients
Asparagus, water, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Contains no artificial colours or preservatives.
Recommended Use
Serve with serrano ham, in salads, or drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Ideal as a delicate side dish or gourmet ingredient.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated.
