iO Olive Oil & Japanese Matcha comes from an Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained by cold extraction, from olives of specific varieties, harvested on Vianoleo's olive groves, picked up at the optimum moment and shipped shortly to the olive miller, where they are
grinded, keeping the care for product, to squeeze their juice. Matcha Tea comes from Camellia Sinensis, i.e., green tee plant, but grown in a different way as well as the processing method, what makes its well-known high content of catechins. This EVOO is mixed in a natural process with Matcha Tea from Japan.
Ingredients
Extra virgin olive oil (85%) Matcha (15%).
Middle fruity, moderate bitter and reasonable spicy.
Recommended Use
Drizzle over salads or bowls for a fresh citrus touch, or take a small daily amount as part of your wellness routine.
Storage
Best before time: 24 months.
Store in a cool and dry place, keeping away from direct light.
