Product Description
Razor-Shell with Garlic and Chilli are hand-prepared Galician razor-shells, carefully captured by expert divers. Each shell is cleaned and purified for over 30 hours, then cooked and packed by hand with a flavorful combination of garlic, chilli, and olive oil. This preparation ensures tender, aromatic seafood, perfect as a tapa or gourmet appetizer.
Each can contains 6–8 razor-shells.
Ingredients
Razor-shell, olive oil, garlic, chilli.
Contains no artificial preservatives.
Recommended Use
Serve cold or gently warmed. Ideal as a tapa, appetizer, or paired with crusty bread and a glass of white wine.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.
