Product Description

This semi-aged PDO Manchego cheese Certeza is handmade with pasteurized milk from Manchega sheep and matured for 2 to 4 months. Its flavour profile makes it highly versatile and suitable for a wide variety of pairings.

It pairs wonderfully with young red wines or wines from Castilla–La Mancha, and also complements sparkling white wines.

Awards: Silver Medal at the World Cheese Awards 2018 and Silver Great Selection Award 2020.
