This handmade sheep’s cheese with rosemary Carea is crafted from raw sheep’s milk and made following traditional artisanal methods. The natural rosemary imparts subtle aromatic notes that enhance its rich, authentic flavour.
Perfect to enjoy with nuts, quince, or a slice of homemade bread, and ideally paired with a young red wine from La Mancha.
Made in Spain using traditional cheesemaking techniques and crafted without artificial colours or preservatives.
