A modern reinterpretation of the classic Basque pintxo — the gilda — where anchovy is replaced by smoked yellowfin tuna. Juicy Sevillian olives, pickled piparra pepper and tender cubes of smoked tuna, skewered and preserved in oil and vinegar. Ready to eat, bold in flavour and impossible to put down.

Yellowfin tuna, smoked seasoning, vinegar, olives, piparra pepper, sunflower oil.

Recommended Use
Serve straight from the pack as a tapa, pintxo or aperitivo. Perfect alongside a cold beer or a glass of white wine.
