Product Description
This Mahon Semi-Aged PDO cheese is crafted from raw cow’s milk and aged for 2 to 5 months. Originating from the island of Menorca in Spain’s Balearic Islands, it is known for its semi-firm texture and characteristic vibrant orange rind, which develops as it is rubbed with butter, paprika, and oil during maturation.
Inside, the cheese offers a soft, slightly springy consistency with small, scattered holes. Its flavour is mild and buttery, complemented by a pleasant tang and a touch of saltiness.

Raw cow milk, rennet, lactic ferments, salt, hardener E-509, preservative E-252.
