Product Description
Premium tuna loin mojama from Barbate, carefully salted and naturally air-dried with the winds of the Strait of Gibraltar. A centuries-old curing tradition, now protected under the "Mojama de Barbate" Protected Geographical Indication. Firm, intensely flavoured and deeply aromatic — this is one of Spain's most celebrated artisan products.
Ingredients
Tuna loin (Thunnus albacares), sea salt.
Recommended Use
Slice thinly and serve with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a handful of almonds. A classic Spanish aperitivo.
Storage
Keep refrigerated. Consume within 15 days of opening.
