Garfish caught in Galician waters, carefully cleaned and gutted before the tail is trimmed and the fish is lightly roasted. Each piece is then hand-packed and covered with high-quality olive oil to preserve its delicate flavor and firm texture. A refined and traditional seafood delicacy, perfect for tapas, salads, or gourmet preparations.
