LC PDO Lodosa Piquillo Peppers are ready to eat and feature 14–18 whole sweet red peppers from the PDO Lodosa region. Made from extra category red piquillo peppers, they are roasted over a direct flame without contact with water, preserving their intense, natural flavour. Peeled by hand and processed artisanally, these peppers retain their delicate texture and rich sweetness, perfect for gourmet preparations.
Each jar contains 360ml of premium Lodosa piquillo peppers.
Ingredients
Piquillo peppers, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid.
Contains no artificial colours or preservatives.
