Product Description

This aged PDO Manchego cheese Carpuela is handcrafted from raw Manchega sheep’s milk and matured for more than 9 months. It features an ivory-white interior with small scattered eyes, delivering a bold, full flavour and a strong, memorable aftertaste.

The rind is clean and natural, free from mold, reflecting the artisanal quality of this cheese.

Awards: 2 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2020, Best Manchego ICA 2016, Gold Medal Best Manchego 2010, Silver Medals 2015 and 2008.

Ingredients

Raw Manchega sheep’s milk, salt, rennet, cheese cultures.

Recommended Use

Serve at room temperature to fully enjoy its rich flavour.
Ideal for cheese boards, tapas, or pairing with wines and fruits.

Storage

Once opened, keep refrigerated at 2–6°C (36–43°F).
Wrap the cheese in parchment or cheese paper and place it in an airtight container.
Consume within 3–4 weeks for optimal taste and quality.
