Razor-Shell in Brine captures the freshness and flavor of the sea at its finest. Expert divers harvest the best specimens from the “Ría de Arousa,” which are then simply bathed in water and salt to preserve their natural taste. Perfect for tapas, salads, or as a refined seafood delicacy.
Each can contains 6–8 razor-shells.
Ingredients
Razor-shells, water, salt.
Contains no artificial preservatives.
Recommended Use
Serve cold or gently warmed. Ideal for tapas, seafood dishes, or paired with fresh bread and wine.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 48 hours.
