Made from the most tender cut of the bluefin tuna, lightly seasoned and cold-smoked to preserve its natural richness and silky texture. Ingredients
Bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus), salt, sugar, brine (salt, dextrose, lactose, aromas, E301, E331, rosemary extract), liquid smoke and/or wood smoke chips.
Recommended Use
Serve as a starter with a drizzle of olive oil, capers and lemon. Also perfect over toasted bread or as a gourmet tapa.
Storage
Keep refrigerated between 0–4°C. Once opened, consume within 5 days. 100% ANISAKIS-free.
